Future Plans for the Superblock 1.14.08 The first move-ins happened this last weekend and there has been a flurry of activity here at Washington Square. We have been working overtime to get these homes absolutely gorgeous and to make sure move-ins happen as smoothly as possible. With the completion of the first of the five phases in sight, it seemed like a good time to announce the plan for the rest of the block. Just this last week Dell Loy Hansen, CEO of Wasatch Development Associates, participated in a series of interviews with the Bellevue and Seattle media. Tower One nearly complete 12.7.07 From the Seattle Times last Saturday: "Residents of Tower One at Washington Square are eagerly awaiting their move-in dates, scheduled for January." "'We live in the area and it has been exciting to watch the progression of the 'Superblock' (in downtown Bellevue),' says new homeowner Bob Inshetski. Symetra Bellevue Family 4th presented by Washington Square 7.04.07 Here at Washington Square building communities is what we do best, so it was an honor to partner with the Bellevue Downtown Association to present the Symetra Bellevue Family 4th celebration! Our Washington Square staff was on sight serving up Ben and Jerry’s ice cream for the Bellevue community and proceeds raised were donated to Shaun Alexander’s football camp for kids. We were thrilled to see many of our Washington Square homeowners at the celebration! The Following ran in the Seattle Times on July 5, 2007: Great Partners Make a Strong Community!
